Hi there, I am a trauma-informed breathwork teacher, somatic healing guide, cycle-breaker coach, and co-founder of One Breath Institute.

After burning out as a social worker at 25, I began a deep healing journey that led me to breathwork, nervous system repair, and reclaiming my voice.
