My Approach

The Way I Offer Support

Let’s be real—healing isn’t about being strong, perfect, or endlessly “working on yourself.” It’s about finally feeling safe enough to stop performing, stop overthinking, and stop hiding the parts of you that have always felt like too much—or not enough—for everyone else.

It’s about no longer living on autopilot or constantly holding it all together just to keep the peace.

It’s about recognizing that the emotional weight you’ve been carrying didn’t start with you—and realizing you don’t have to keep carrying it.

Because many of the patterns that are draining you—people-pleasing, self-doubt, emotional shutdown—were shaped by generational trauma. You inherited them. But you don’t have to keep repeating them.

Healing is about finally choosing you—and learning how to build a secure, steady, healthy relationship with yourself.

That’s the kind of support I offer.

I guide sensitive souls, overgivers and cycle breakers to stop abandoning themselves and start honoring their needs, energy, and truth in a way that feels safe, steady, and real—so they can live a life that actually feels like theirs.

I do this through Introspective Breathwork® Therapy—a trauma-informed, breath-centered, somatic healing method that helps you intentionally access and release the emotional patterns your body has been holding onto.... since before you were even born!

This isn’t about pushing or fixing. It’s about offering your system what it’s always needed: safety, connection, and choice—so you can have healthy, aligned relationships including the open with yourself.

What Is Introspective Breathwork® Therapy? (IBT)

At the heart of my work is Introspective Breathwork® Therapy—a trauma-informed, breath centered somatic healing approach that meets people where they are and intentionally introduces more safety, connection and choice.

This isn’t surface-level breathwork or performance-based healing. It’s a deeply attuned, client-led, co-creative process designed to safely uncover and release the emotional imprints, protective patterns, and survival responses that trauma leaves behind.

From a trauma-informed lens, I understand that trauma isn’t just what happened—it’s what your body had to hold onto in order to survive. And unless we include the body in the healing process, those patterns will keep running the show. That’s why I use introspective breath—because it gives you the opportunity to respond not react.

This work is especially for sensitive souls, overgivers, and cycle breakers who are tired of abandoning themselves, and finally ready to feel safe in their truth, energy, and expression.

Why IBT Works—for Both Client and Practitioner

For the client, IBT:

  • Helps unite thoughts with feelings, creating a clear, embodied communication channel

  • Restores and regulates the nervous system without pushing or bypassing

  • Builds capacity to feel, express, and release without shutting down

  • Reconnects them to their own voice, truth, and inner wisdom

  • Supports emotional healing that unfolds at their pace, with choice and consent

  • Isn’t about “performing” healing—it’s about experiencing it in real time

For the practitioner, IBT:

  • Creates a co-regulated space rooted in safety, not hierarchy

  • Strengthens attunement and presence without over-efforting

  • Supports your ability to track your own thoughts, emotions, and body responses, reducing the risk of transference, projection, or subtle agenda

  • Allows you to respond, not react—creating cleaner energetic boundaries

  • Deepens the therapeutic relationship by honoring the client’s pace, process, and wisdom

  • Offers a shared somatic language where both client and practitioner can orient to what’s real, not just what’s said

This is a collaborative healing space—not a power dynamic. The breath becomes a bridge between mind and body, past and present, client and facilitator. And that’s where real transformation happens.
