Big Feelings Play Club

A 6-Week Intentional Parenting + Co-Regulation Series with Deborah Dickey

For parents + caregivers and little ones ages 0–3
Hosted at
Cozy Cub Corner – Mountain Home, AR

What is the Big Feelings Play Club?

Motherhood can feel beautiful one moment… and completely overstimulating the next.
Clinginess, meltdowns, transitions, sibling distress — it’s a lot for any nervous system.

This series is a weekly space where you and your child learn emotional regulation through connection,

breath, body-based practices, and intentional play.

And at the heart of it all, we’re building a village.
🌿 A community of parents and caregivers who show up honestly.
🌿 A space where healing happens together, not alone.

Trauma-informed breathwork experience — participants in somatic healing circle

Big Feelings Play Club, let's build it.

This 6-week play-based series helps you move through emotions together with more connection, confidence, and calm.

🧸 How Each Class Flows

1 hour once a week | same day + same time

  • 20 minutes – teaching + guided co-regulation practice

  • 40 minutes – open play, guided support, 1:1 help, and connection time

No additional Cozy Cub admission fee is required.

🧸 Why This Work Matters

Because little kids learn to regulate through our regulation.

And parents can’t regulate when they’re overwhelmed, exhausted, and alone.

This series gives you:

  • Tools instead of guessing

  • Support instead of isolation

  • Connection instead of pressure

  • Confidence instead of guilt

  • A calmer home rooted in secure attachment

When mothers are supported, families heal.
And when families heal, communities transform.

Meet your Teacher + Coach

Hi, I'm Deborah Dickey!

I’m a trauma-informed breathwork teacher, energy practitioner, somatic healing guide, doula, and co-founder of One Breath Institute.

I help moms, families, and cycle breakers regulate their nervous systems, move through big feelings with confidence, and create more connection, calm, and fun in their everyday lives.

My work blends breathwork, somatics, nervous-system education, and intentional play to support healthy emotional navigation — for both parents and little ones.

Using a breath- and body-led approach, I guide people in releasing generational patterns, reclaiming their energy, and feeling confident in their most authentic selves.

I believe transformation doesn’t come from force — it happens when we feel safe enough to exhale, listen, and let the body lead.
Healing is relational.

Motherhood deserves support.

And none of us are meant to do this alone.

I’m so glad you’re here and I can’t wait to support you inside the Big Feelings Play Club!

You deserve support.
Your child deserves a regulated, present, connected parent.
And none of us are meant to do this alone.

Debbie is such a pleasure to work with!! A fantastic coach, facilitator, and role model. She creates safe space with ease and is very attentive to each container held. I experience Debbie as an energetic permission slip for anyone in her presence to be their full, true selves. Thank you Debbie for your guidance and support!

My journey to know, support, and heal myself has been long and full of amazing people who have helped guided me along the way_ Deborah is by far one of the most resourceful and honest ones, always patient and kind, incredibly creative, and with a great amount of empathy that makes the connect real and easy to trust.

I met Deborah during a time in my life when it felt like everything I had ever worked for and everything I had ever accomplished was falling apart and being ripped away from me. With her support, I was able to redirect my grief towards uncovering the lost parts of me and I rebuilt a strong foundation for an authentic and inspired new life."
