Something powerful happens when you finally breathe.

Your whole system opens.
Your mind clears.
Your body remembers,
“Oh… this is what ease feels like.”

That’s the energy of this Group Healing Session — a space to reconnect with yourself in a way

that feels supportive, refreshing, and genuinely uplifting.

If you’ve been juggling a lot, feeling disconnected, or just craving a moment to reset, this breath-led

session will help you feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded in your own energy again.

Through Introspective Breathwork® Therapy, we’ll use intentional breath and somatic awareness

to create more space inside you, space for calm, clarity, and the parts of you that are ready to rise.

You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to be in a “good” place.
You just need a breath… and a willingness to show up for yourself.

And when we breathe together, something beautiful happens, you feel supported, connected,

and reminded that healing doesn’t have to be heavy.

Come breathe with us and leave feeling renewed, lighter, and more like yourself again.

"Working with Debbie is an all-encompassing experience. Between her life experience, training, and drive for the healing arts she is

the ultimate guide for navigating the rough waters of what has been forgotten. Her coaching style is relatable, empathetic,

and deeply engaging. I highly recommend her to anyone needing support, integration, and guidance!"

What you'll experience

Image features a client of Brennan Moore, IBT Facilitator and Licensed Professional Counselor, shared with full consent. Intended to offer a visual representation of a breathwork experience.

This introductory session is designed to be both restorative and deeply connecting — a chance to meet yourself and others in a space of genuine presence.

We’ll begin with an opening circle to ground the space, set our intentions, and gently attune to the tone of the session. You’ll be guided through practices of authentic relating and somatic awareness to help your body feel safe and supported before moving into the breathwork itself.

From there, you’ll experience a 40-minute Introspective Breathwork® Therapy session — a trauma-informed, body-led process that helps you access and release stored patterns of stress and emotion through conscious, introspective breathing.

We’ll close with an integration circle, offering space for reflection, community connection, and grounding before you return to your day.

This session invites you to reconnect with your body, your breath, and a community of others who are also practicing self-remembrance and alignment.

Why this work matters

Healing isn’t about efforting harder or fixing yourself.
It’s about learning to feel safe in your own body again.

Introspective Breathwork® Therapy (IBT) helps you access the root of stress, overthinking, and

emotional overwhelm—not through logic, but through the body.

When you bring breath to what’s been buried, you open space for clarity, calm, and connection to return.

This experience offers you a glimpse into what’s possible when healing begins with safety, not self-criticism.

"I've done therapy for years, but nothing reached me the way Introspective Breathwork® did. Debbie doesn't just teach

breathwork and healing - she embodies it. I now understand what it means to feel grounded, safe, and fully alive in my body."

Meet your facilitator

Hi, Im Deborah Dickey!

I’m a trauma-informed breathwork teacher, somatic healing guide, and co-founder of One Breath Institute, where I train practitioners in Introspective Breathwork® Therapy—a breath + body-led, trauma-informed approach to healing that begins with safety, self-remembrance and co-regulation.

My work bridges science, somatics, and spirituality to help people release generational patterns, reclaim their energy, and feel confident living their most authentic self.

I believe transformation doesn’t come from force—it happens when we feel safe enough to exhale, to listen, and to let our breath guide the way back to connection.

Looking forward to connecting with you and supporting you throughout your journey!

Debbie is such a pleasure to work with!! A fantastic coach, facilitator, and role model. She creates safe space with ease and is very attentive to each container held. I experience Debbie as an energetic permission slip for anyone in her presence to be their full, true selves. Thank you Debbie for your guidance and support!

My journey to know, support, and heal myself has been long and full of amazing people who have helped guided me along the way_ Deborah is by far one of the most resourceful and honest ones, always patient and kind, incredibly creative, and with a great amount of empathy that makes the connect real and easy to trust.

I met Deborah during a time in my life when it felt like everything I had ever worked for and everything I had ever accomplished was falling apart and being ripped away from me. With her support, I was able to redirect my grief towards uncovering the lost parts of me and I rebuilt a strong foundation for an authentic and inspired new life."
