Living in alignment isn't just something I teach—it's a journey I've been through. Before really choosing myself, I was like you—feeling lost, tired, and alone.

I’ve been on my own healing journey for over a decade—long before becoming a breathwork teacher or somatic coach. I know what it’s like to hold it all together while falling apart inside. I’ve lived the exhaustion, the people-pleasing, the self-doubt. And I know the freedom that comes when you stop abandoning yourself and start honoring your body, your truth, and your needs.

I created the Align Your Life Program because self-sacrifice is a generational pattern so ingrained it takes intention and support to undo. What’s the difference between the Align Your Life Program and the 21-Day Alignment Reset?

The 21-Day Alignment Reset is a short, self-guided course designed to help you pause, reset, and start choosing yourself again—especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in old patterns. It offers bite-sized somatic practices, reflections, and breathwork to gently reconnect with your body and truth.

The Align Your Life Program is a deeper, more comprehensive journey. It includes a full trauma-informed curriculum, lifetime access, and the option to join a live 12-week cohort for group coaching, community support, and extended healing tools. If the 21-day course is the spark, Align Your Life is the full flame.

I’m super sensitive and easily overwhelmed. Will this program be too much for me?

No. This program was made for you. It’s trauma-informed, self-paced, and intentionally designed to support your nervous system—not override it. You can move through each phase in your own time, with gentle practices that meet you where you are.

What’s the difference between the Self-Paced and Live Cohort versions?

Both options include full access to the Align Your Life curriculum.


The Self-Paced version is for you if you prefer to move privately and independently. Some aren't ready or seeking the relational healing right now and thats OKAY! When the time comes, self-paced persons can always upgrade to join a LIVE cohort and receive the extra perks!
The Live Cohort includes 12 weeks of live group coaching, breathwork sessions, access to a private community, and extended resources for deeper support and connection.

How long do I have access to the materials?

What if I fall behind or can’t keep up?

There’s no “behind” in this program. Whether you move through it in 12 weeks or 12 months, the tools will be there for you when you’re ready. This is your journey—and it’s built to support your rhythm.
